We founded WorkingTheory to build the firm we wished we could hireone that connects what gets disconnected across brand roles.

Everyone knows a brand promise shouldn't contradict reality. But in most organizations, it does—because external brand, internal culture, and talent attraction work in silos with different goals, different metrics, and different bosses.
